RPSC strives to provide our players with coaches who:
1.  Make soccer fun
2.  Teach skills and provide opportunities that produce good soccer players

These two important objectives require that coaches prepare, provide positive, constructive feedback, and understand concepts of coaching as well as rules and skills involved in soccer.  

If you want to be a better coach, we can help point you in the right direction.  Just say the word.

​If your Coaching Application is accepted, your first child's Player Registration Fee will be refunded at the beginning of the season.  We appreciate coaches, but are currently unable to pay for those who volunteer.  If you are interested in coaching, you may register by clicking on the coach registration link below:
